Chocolate Espresso Mousse Cake

Tonight, our church had a men only cake contest. While I didn't win, I still enjoyed making a mess in the kitchen and creating this chocolate espresso mousse cake from scratch. It wasn't as sweet as most of the other cakes, which were loaded with sugar and fat. This cake was lower in fat and sugar, with the consistency of something in between a brownie and cheescake. It was quite tasty, but after sampling all those cakes I won't want to see any for a while.
